Fitness First, a health and fitness chain worldwide and a franchise owned and operated by the Landmark Group, has announced the opening of a men’s only club at Al-Malga in Riyadh.

The 2,100 square meter facility, located opposite Al-Sadhan supermarket, is equipped with best in class equipment, extensive free weights, as well as dedicated strength and freestyle areas.
Group fitness classes led by certified instructors are conducted on the gym floor alongside the boxing and martial arts section, Bhatnagar said, adding that personal trainers comprising internationally accredited fitness professionals will provide members with expert guidance at the Malga Fitness First club.
The club features plush changing rooms equipped with a sauna and a relaxation area for additional comfort.
Members can either relax there or unwind in the exclusive members’ lounge that offers free wireless connectivity and complimentary drinks to members, he said, adding that the second phase of the club’s expansion will include a large swimming pool in addition to other well-appointed amenities. Individuals who register for a 12-month membership ahead of July 31 July will gain an additional six-month use of the club as a special incentive, he added.
