Train tragedies

The month of July has seen a number of train tragedies. In Canada a train explosion took many lives. Then we had another nasty accident in Spain that killed 80 people and the country is still mourning the dead. We also read about the news of a coach which plunged off a flyover in southern Italy killing all 38 passengers. A derailment of a train in France also created havoc there while two regional passenger trains smashed into each other in Switzerland, seriously injuring more than 40 people. These accidents were in addition to few air crashes reported in some other countries. — S.H. Moulana, Riyadh
