Many people are talking about the ongoing operation in Karachi. I believe that it is high time; we should cooperate with the authorities in their endeavors. This time around give them a chance to help this city get rid of anti-social elements whoever they are. Party affiliations and ethnic identities should not be made an issue. Only Karachiites know the pain of daily killings and violence that has plagued the beautiful city. I also wish the authorities do not carry out this operation for the sake of revenge on any particular party or group. It is an open secret that all the political parties, especially those operating in Karachi, have militant wings and are involved in criminal activities and extortion.
