Labor inspectors have detected over 200 violations by a number of companies and contractors dealing with them.
Labor office director in Yanbu Omar Al-Sinani said the cases are related to violations of articles 38 and 39 of the Labor Law and that each case will be dealt with individually in accordance with regulations.
He said the labor inspections are open-ended and inspectors could visit company premises at all locations at any hour according to a predetermined plan in coordination with the police.
The labor law violators have been slapped with fines.
