The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) has recently launched a training program to develop and qualify young leaders in private sector companies, the Saudi Press Agency said.
“The program comes with the aim to develop young and ambitious Saudis in advanced leadership skills and management,” said Ibrahim Al Muaiqil, the Head of HRDF.
The program will be delivered by world class experts from renowned international universities such as Harvard, Darden, San Fransciso, Toronto and Ayasa (Spain), he added.
Al Muaiqil pointed out that the training program will cover several areas such as management strategies, marketing, finance, business ethics, profitability strategies and development of leadership skills.
The selection criterion requires that the attendees have a bachelor’s degree and preferably a master’s degree in Business Administration from a recognized university, a 5-year work experience and have had English as the medium of instruction throughout his university education, the agency said.
