The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) has disclosed that it will be offering cash incentives to Saudi job seekers as well as companies hiring Saudi nationals.
The campaign aims to encourage higher retention rates of jobs for both companies and Saudi employees.
Recently, the HRDF placed advertisements in various media outlets, including online and outdoors, with a short message reading, “Because you can do it”, addressed to firms, which have increased the salaries of Saudi employees.
Similarly, the fund created another campaign targeting job seekers registered under the HRDF program. Applicants were pleasantly surprised to receive text messages informing them that they could be eligible to receive rewards worth up to SR24,000.
In this context, head of the HRDF Ibrahim Al-Moaiqel, held a press conference on Monday at the organization’s headquarters to unveil the details of the program.
He added that the bonus wages resettlement program aims to support efforts to rehabilitate the national workforce in the private sector through a number of programs.
