Trade dispute center reviews 179 cases

The Abha center for Law and Arbitration in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Abha completed its review of a number of cases submitted to the office of appeals during the first quarter of the current year.
A total number of 179 cases, involving over SR18 million, were reviewed according to the regulatory system, and were forwarded to the competent authorities for decisions.
The center seeks to promote a culture of conciliation and arbitration. Highly qualified arbitrators work on resolving trade disputes through alternative means in order to end ongoing conflicts and maintain commercial interests.
Arbitrators also provide support and legal advice to entrepreneurs and owners of small and medium businesses.
