MUMBAI: The news of Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor and industrialist Sanjay Kapur to fight for the custody of their kids were making the headlines a few days ago. However, latest reports suggest that both of them with mutual understanding have decided to file for divorce too, desimartini.com reported.
She was spotted in the court recently for the hearing, which continued for three hours. Both the husband and wife agreed to settle their differences amicably, including the custody of their kids Samaira and Kiaan Raj Kapoor. Lawyers of both the sides are tightlipped about the case.
Karisma married the Delhi-based industrialist, CEO of Sixt India, on Sept. 29, 2003. The couple’s daughter Samaira was born on 11 March, 2005 and son Kiaan Raj Kapoor was born on 12 March, 2010. The actress parted her ways from her husband in 2012 and has been living with her mother along with her kids since then.
