An entertainment and shopping festival has been organized by Bawabat Al-Shorouq Company on Abha-Khamis Mushaiyt Road.
It covers a space of 30,000 square meters, in addition to facilities and visitor parking.
Mansour Al-Qammash, general supervisor, said the festival will extend over a three-month period, and includes the biggest mobile zoo in the Middle East.
The zoo has a number of lions, tigers, monkeys, hunting dogs, hyenas, crocodiles and other animals such as snakes, polar bears and grizzly bears.
Visitors can enjoy the sight of these animals in addition to watching Abu Jarrah, the most famous animal tamer in the Middle East.
“The location will include an archaeological museum exhibiting some of the most important archaeological pieces from various parts of the Kingdom.
It also includes a show for the Egyptian acrobat circus, children’s theater and an open area for folk shows, in addition to a shopping festival that has more than 60 local and international company participants,” Al-Qammash said.
“The location has a number of theme parks, swimming pools, mobile electric vehicles and special games for young men.
Visitors can move around the festival area by riding golf carts and enjoy the various activities of the festival such as the horses’ track, the tanks location and food courts,” Al-Qammash added.
