RIYADH: Communication companies must correct violations that had been found in some promotional offers and packages, the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) . The commission has referred some violations to a committee looking into such things and obliged companies to launch fair packages for users.
The CITC stressed that companies should put users first, and users have the right to choose the best package, price and quality provided by the Kingdom’s five communication companies.
