Juffali Automotive Company, the exclusive distributor for Mercedes-Benz in Saudi Arabia, recently won two awards at the 7th edition of the Saudi National Auto Awards 2019 in Jeddah. The company was awarded in two categories — for the Best Innovative Showroom, and the Best CSR Campaign.
The awards were received by Chenghez Khan, sales and marketing director, and Basim Wali, national marketing and network development and customer care manager at Juffali Automotive Company.
Wali said the awards “acknowledge our continuous efforts in providing our customers with the best services and meeting their expectations through our digital showroom, and our commitment to the society we are part of through our CSR campaign.”
He added: “We won the Best Innovative Showroom award as a result of our new showroom in Jeddah, which is the first of its kind in the Middle East and the sixth in the world.” The showroom implements a unique way of interaction to provide visitors with all the information needed to conveniently choose from a variety of Mercedes-Benz cars.
The new concept helps customers explore the features of each car in detail, showcasing all aspects of the vehicle in an accurate view.
An automated technology was introduced to improve the customers’ experience, while the showroom was equipped to accommodate 21 different vehicles to provide visitors a wider range of models to view.
As for the future of Al-Thuraya Awards, Wali said: “Al-Thuraya Awards by ‘She’s Mercedes’ came ahead of all other corporate social responsibility campaigns implemented this year, which clearly rewards the outstanding efforts of the team involved in launching this successful campaign. The team worked for quite a long time to ensure that our message reaches all over the Kingdom to support Saudi women and tell their stories.”
