DUBAI: Paris Fashion Week will take place in September and October with a mix of physical and digital shows, the Federation de la Haute Couture et de la Mode announced this week as countries ease coronavirus restrictions.
The event, considered one of the most important shows on the fashion circuit, is expected to take place from Sept. 28 through Oct. 6.
The coronavirus pandemic has wreaked havoc on the jam-packed fashion calendar.
In May, organizers said they will stage an online version of Paris Couture Week (PCW) on July 6-8.
PCW follows the lead of the fashion weeks in London and Milan, which announced that they will also take place online due to coronavirus restrictions.
Key fashion events, such as the Met Gala and the final for the LVMH Prize for Young Fashion Designers, have been canceled.
