Arab Fashion Week is set to return to its full physical schedule from Oct. 24 to 28 in Dubai Design District. The Iraqi haute couture designer founded her eponymous label in Dubai in 2003. Her Victorian-inspired gowns are often showcased by her fashion influencer daughter Rania Fawaz.
