RIYADH, 24 April — A high-level Spanish delegation led by Miquel Nadal, deputy minister of foreign affairs, will arrive here today in a renewed bid to boost political, economic and cultural relations between the two countries. Spanish Ambassador Francisco J. Viqueira said yesterday the visit underlines the two governments’ determination to maintain a constant exchange of views on different matters of common interest. During this trip, Nadal would hold wide-ranging talks with senior Saudi officials including Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Nizar Madani and Deputy Minister of Planning Ahmad Ibrahim Hakami. “The talks will cover the whole gamut of bilateral issues,” the Spanish diplomat said.
