JEDDAH, 21 May — Dr. Ali Al-Khalaf, head of the Presidency for Civil Aviation, yesterday denied press reports that 450,000 passengers abandon Dammam’s King Fahd International Airport annually and fly out from Bahrain instead. “This is an exaggerated figure. Their number does not exceed 10,000 monthly and 120,000 annually,” he said. PCA has prepared a study to improve the performance of KFIA, he said.
