13,000 coaches

MAKKAH, 14 February — The General Car Syndicate has readied more than 13,000 buses, 300 more than last year, to transport more than one million pilgrims during the Haj season, according to Muhammad ibn Abdullah Sindi, acting president of the body. He said the syndicate has recruited 18,000 employees to serve pilgrims in Makkah, Madinah and the holy sites. (SPA)
