ABHA, 17 October — Asir police foiled an attempt to smuggle 4,230 bottles of liquor which were hidden in a truck carrying bananas from Yemen. The truck was seized 146 km north of Abah on the Abha-Jeddah road. According to the driver of the truck, the contraband was being smuggled to Jordan.
