RIYADH, 13 November — The Riyadh International School has announced the winners of its "Search for Mr. & Ms. RIS" during its recent 4th Foundation anniversary celebration.
Cristina J. Esguerra, overall chairwoman of the celebration, said the winners are:
Pre-school level: Vivienne Ordoñez as Little Miss RIS; Joshua Paul Santiago as Little Mr. RIS; Liezel Laudico, best in formal wear and best in talent; Ryan Estropigan, best in formal wear, best in talent, and Mr. Photogenic.
Primary level: Madiyaa Khan, Young MS. RIS, best in talent, best formal wear, Ms. Photogenic; Stephen Vandyke, You Mr. RIS; Ramil Recio, best in talent; ad Khin Benjohn Grejalde, best in formal wear.
Intermediate level: Kristine Joyce M. Alegre, MS. RIS, best in formal wear; Julius Noble, Mr. RIS; Roselyn dela Camara, best in talent; Carlo Luigi Zayco, best in talent and best in formal wear.
High school level: Areej Khan, Ms. RIS; Jamal Moghe, Mr. RIS and best in talent; Arlene Dungca, best in formal wear; Joey Angelo Manlapaz, best in formal wear; and Xylem Nifritiri Grejalde, best in talent.
Assistant school administrator Erlinda F. Songcuya said the three-day affair also featured games, field demonstrations, and a food fair.
Among the guests were Vice Consuls Celeste V. Balatbat and Raymond Balatbat of the Philippine Embassy, Cultural Attaché Carmelita R. Hidalgo, Raytheon E. Systems manager David Wrightson, and Perla S. Vega of the Mother Movement.
The RIS board is chaired by school owner Maj. Gen. Abdul Karim Al-Eidan.
Elsie R. Torreno is the school principal.
