JEDDAH, 2 March — All government departments will reopen today after Eid Al-Adha holidays, which lasted for 17 days. Also today, more than four million students will return to schools, colleges and universities to begin their second semester. School authorities in the Western Region have completed preparations to receive over 250,000 students. Meanwhile, 10th and 12th graders in Indian schools across the Kingdom will start thier central board exams today.
