MEXICO, 23 March — The Kingdom has given more than $75 billion (SR281.25 billion) in aid to developing countries during the past three decades, as both grants and soft loans, according to Finance and National Economy Minister Dr. Ibrahim Al-Assaf. Addressing an international conference on development financing, he highlighted the Saudi government’s efforts to reduce global poverty and boost development. Al-Assaf also met with his Mexican counterpart on the sidelines of the summit and discussed ways of strengthening bilateral economic and commercial ties. (SPA)
