MWL messages for Americans

WASHINGTON, 9 July — Dr. Abdullah Al-Turki, secretary-general of the Muslim World League, who is currently leading an MWL delegation to the United States, said he was carrying two important messages from the Islamic world to the American people. "First, the delegation wanted to emphasize Muslims’ cooperation for the efforts in the service of humanity and world peace. Second, we offer our support to solve global problems such as violence, poverty, diseases and environmental pollution," he said. (SPA)
