GCC postal talks set

RIYADH, 24 September — The Kingdom will participate in the 13th meeting of the heads of postal departments in GCC member states, due to be held in Bahrain from Sept. 28 to Oct. 4. The Saudi delegation to the meeting will be led by Dr. Khaled Al-Oteibi, director general of the postal department. A philatelic exhibition will be held on the sidelines of the meeting. (SPA)
