4,500 Iraqi refugees to be sent home home

JEDDAH, 27 October — The UN High Commission for Refugees will take steps to send home 4,500 Iraqi refugees, who are currently staying at the Refha camp in the Kingdom, Okaz reported yesterday quoting Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Suwailem, president of the Saudi Red Crescent Society.

He said the UN commission will find “suitable solution” for those Iraqis who have refused to return to their country. The Kingdom had received 33,000 Iraqis who fled their country during the war to liberate Kuwait.
