ABU DHABI, 11 December 2002 — GCC Secretary-General Abdul Rahman Al-Atiyya stated yesterday that all leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council have expressed their desire to take part in their summit conference scheduled for Doha at the end of this month. Speaking to Arab News he said that the Doha summit would not be an exception in terms of the level of participation compared to previous summits.
