RIYADH, 28 December 2002 — Water Minister Dr. Ghazi Al-Gosaibi named a national advisory board for his ministry yesterday.
The board is expected to play a key role in forging the national water policy. Its members will conduct researches directly or through research centers at the universities on water-related issues. The board’s members include Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Abd Al-Ali of King Abdul Aziz City for Science and Technology, Dr. Abdul Malik ibn Abdul Aziz Al-Sheikh and Dr. Abdul Aziz Al-Tarbaq of King Saud University, Dr. Omar Siraj Abu Ruzaiza and Dr. Anas ibn Amin Madani of King Abdul Aziz University, Dr.Alauddin Bukhari and Dr. Waleed Abdul Rahman of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and Dr. Yusuf Al-Dakhayyil of King Faisal University.
