RIYADH, 4 March 2003 — Saudis can now go direct to the Kingdom’s missions abroad to get entry visas for foreigners they have recruited through the concerned authorities, skipping the procedure of checking first with the Foreign Ministry or its branches in the Kingdom. Ibrahim Al-Kharrashi, undersecretary at the Foreign Ministry for consulates affairs, said that with immediate effect government agencies, private companies and establishments and individuals can obtain visas from Saudi missions abroad for foreigners whom they have recruited for work or invited for private business, without approaching the ministry.
