Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) has launched a training program — MS Great Plains Business Solutions — designed to help its channel partners in the Kingdom boost their number of fully-certified consultants and exceed customers’ expectations in the highly competitive business solutions market. The training program will help hone the product and implementation skills of MBS’ channel partners and enable them to increase their qualified in-house resources.
Demand for world-class implementation and support skills has grown in the Kingdom as the number of local enterprise solution projects has risen. By providing its partners with all the necessary technical and functional training around the latest versions of the product, MBS aims to build upon the significant progress it has made in recent years in developing its regional sales channel and guaranteeing total end-user satisfaction.
“Microsoft Business Solutions understands that training is essential to realizing the full value of a solution, increasing its productivity benefits and speeding the return on a customer’s investment, which is why we’re bringing some of our leading experts to train at the Great Plains Business Solutions sessions in Saudi Arabia,” said Soha Kamal, professional services director, MBS.
Interest in the Great Plains Business Solutions program has been substantial. Kingdom based partners taking part in the training include Digicom, Zuhair Fayez Partnership IT, SVDC, Saudi Online, Al Nafitha and Houston Technologies.
“Our objective is to provide customers with world-class standards of service, and training. Certification and total technical understanding are essential parts of that process,” commented Basem Abu Ayash, Zuhair Fayez Partnership IT.
