Many of us remember what the man said when the American racist channel FOX attacked Saudi Arabia and Islam before the war on Iraq. The channel was aggressive in its attacks on Islam and its accusations that Saudi Arabia was violating human rights, women’s rights and allowed no freedom of religion.
What the man said was that FOX represents its own views and not those of the US government — as simple as that. By the same token, if we Arabs and Muslims write or broadcast anything about Jewish murderers, American occupiers or British aggressors, FOX and its cohorts start screaming at us as if we were the guilty parties.
They accuse us of extremism when in fact they are the extremists. They are so extreme that it is all right for them to kill a Muslim. Americans and Europeans use their media to allow Zionist organizations to attack Islam with the media enjoying widespread popular support.
When we accuse them or refute their allegations, we receive hundreds of letters protesting and threatening us. What is even more painful is that Arab governments quickly apologize and prevent the writers from writing or in some cases imprison them.
Now in the American Congress extreme groups from both political parties are gathering to create problems. This is evidence that Americans are professionals when it comes to terrorism. First, the gathering is taking place on US government-owned premises. Second, the Americans allowed an extremist Jew, a former Israeli ambassador to the UN with blood on his hands, to attack Saudi policy and fabricate accusations against the Kingdom. Thus the author of this charade is exposed as a terrorist.
America is the main supporter of Israeli terrorism around the world, not only in Palestine. America takes a portion of its people’s money to feed, protect and arm the Jews. Isn’t it always America that announces the annual military and financial appropriations for Israel? Isn’t it America that cancels major arms contract with Islamic countries if Israel objects?
Aren’t America and Israel the only two countries in the world with large numbers of weapons of mass destruction? Why doesn’t the Arab and the Islamic world demand that the UN warn those two countries? Why doesn’t the Arab and Islamic world state boldly to the UN and the European Union that Muslims have the same right to support organizations resisting occupation as the American-supported Zionists have? Why we are so afraid?
America should know that its continuing humiliation of the Arab world only adds fuel to an already-burning fire. Americans and those who help them are not thinking clearly when they make plans to fight the Islamic world. They seem unaware that Muslims are willing to sacrifice their lives and money to protect their beliefs. Jews are not willing to defend their beliefs nor are they willing to sacrifice their lives and money. No one can win against our principles.
