RIYADH, 8 September 2003 — Saudi Arabia with the help of Interpol has won the extradition from Bulgaria of a drug smuggler, distributor and manufacturer.
The fugitive had eluded capture for more than 15 years by moving from country to country under different aliases, relying on connections with international crime organizations. A Bulgarian court has agreed to hand the man over to the concerned authorities in the Kingdom.
