JEDDAH, 10 September 2003 — Emirates Airlines has embarked on a unique promotion for its passengers in Saudi Arabia. The promotions, for economy class passengers traveling to Europe, the Indian subcontinent and Australia and New Zealand, offer attractive fares along with stopover in Dubai.
One promotion entitles passengers bound for India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka to two nights free stay in Dubai. With attractive fares starting from SR1,365, passengers can now take advantage of Dubai’s famous shopping malls and other charms at no extra cost.
The second offer, with fares starting at SR2,347 on a twin room-share basis, offers passengers traveling to Europe, Australia and New Zealand a two-night free stay in a five-star luxury hotel in Dubai, subject to availability.
Passengers traveling from Riyadh will be put up in the new Grand Hyatt while those traveling from Jeddah and Dammam can luxuriate at Le Meridien Dubai.
Both offers, valid from Sept. 1 to Oct. 31, 2003, include free stay, breakfast, meet and assist at Dubai International Airport, chauffeur-driven transfers, 96-hour visas and a Privilege Discount Card that entitles passengers to significant discounts at selected stores.
Mohammed Salem Humaid, regional manager, Saudi Arabia, said: “Emirates is constantly looking for ways to offer customers value-added services. Our ability to join with like-minded partners means that we are able to present our customers with unique benefits. This promotion once again shows that we strive to do more for our economy class passengers.”
Emirates operates five weekly flights from Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. Keeping pace with technology and customer needs, it recently launched www.emirates.com/ksa, the country website for Saudi Arabia.
