Cee Bee Aviation, NPS, Falcon III Teams Dazzle: ICFBL/FTBJ

JEDDAH, 10 October 2003 — Defending champion, the Cee Bee Aviation Company, the NPS and the Falcon III team keglers cornered the limelight in the 6th week of the Inter-Commercial Family Bowling League at the Jeddah Lanes Bowling Center.

Cee Bee Aviation Co. and the NPS submitted identical 39 points while the Falcon III registered 35 points. Nap Patayan of Cee Bee Aviation toppled a three game series of 565, with a high game of 225 in his card. Aiza Silabay contributed 514 points. Susan Patayan, Sebz Tristeza and Eddie Alisbo shared a separate series of 477, 469 and 402.

Elite Goying Salazar, Pinky Acato and Romy Vargas topscored for NPS team by carding a three game series of 544, 532 and 524. Fellow Atoi Cruz and Charrie Cruz chipped in with a series of 502 and 457 in three outings. NPS submitted total team series handicap of 2,865 points and snatched 39 points.

James Galvan and Ed Labuac led Falcon III team by downing an identical three game series of 521.Arnold Biblanias, May Flores Lourdes and Imelda Sayago scored 456, 388 and 366. A total of 37 points and overall total team series handicap of 2,865 were compiled by the NPS squad.

Al-Zamil Heavy Industries sealed 35 points with Mao Orolfo hitting 512 points, followed by Lavern Laderas (487), Jay Perez (467), Linda Escondo (451) and Jess Escondo (374).

The current league leaders, Saudi Pearl Insurance, posted 31 points. The triumvirate of Rey Beltran, Boy Casio and Angel Decena led by posting a separate three game series of 536, 518 and 500. Myrna de Guzman toppled 473 points while Lyn Decena scored 353 series.

An identical 30 points was snatched by the Al Nafie Steel Company and the Sadafco-Saudia Majestic team keglers. Eddie Tuico shot a series of 520 to lead Al Nafie Steel Company while teammates Joey Salvador, Louie Bautista, Tess Marasigan and Grace Siasoco supported Tuico with scores of 499, 459, 450 and 398. Jess Cerbito and Rene Martinez led Sadafco-Saudia Majestic. Cerbito and Martinez hit separate three game series of 524 and 517. Luz Pagaran, Bheng Cerbito and Procy Luague rolled separate series of 482, 436 and 400.

Sunsilk Shampoo and the Mizan/Salam Rice teams went home with an identical 24 points and leading Sunsilk Shampoo were Rudy Punzalan (494), Fatima Jintarat (488) and Odjie Sagcal (463).
