JEDDAH, 21 October 2003 — Inspired by Saudi Arabia’s technology boom, the law firm of Dr. Khalid Alnowaiser in Jeddah has launched a new online consultation service.
The goal of the service is to promote awareness of legal issues and to familiarize foreign investors with the Kingdom’s laws and regulations as they affect business. It complements other services provided by the law firm such as its “Legal Update” newsletter, which is published in both Arabic and English.
“Legal Update” discusses legal issues and offers readers an opportunity to gain a better understanding of international legal developments.
The new service can be accessed through the firm’s website, www.lfkan.com. The firm is also in the process of building an online electronic library, which will include all pertinent Islamic references.
