Janitors in Makkah

MAKKAH, 6 November 2003 — The Makkah Municipality has employed 6,000 janitors with appropriate equipment to keep the city clean during Ramadan. In addition, 1,350 janitors have been employed in the central area around the Grand Mosque to ensure round-the-clock cleanliness.
