Computer Associates Middle East (CA-ME) signed an IT infrastructure management agreement with the Ministry of Health. Under the terms of the agreement CA-ME will provide the Ministry with a host of IT infrastructure management software tools from Computer Associates’ diverse product portfolio.
The Ministry will use CA’s Unicenter product for its network systems management; BrightStor for storage management, backup and recovery; and eTrust Antivirus for enhanced security.

The Ministry of Health provides free healthcare to all Saudi nationals as well as over two million pilgrims who visit the Kingdom each year. It is responsible for over 320 hospitals, with over 32,000 doctors and 67,000 nurses.
