NADRA Date Extended

JEDDAH, 29 December 2003 — The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced that the date after which the old identity cards will become invalid has been extended to Jan. 31, 2004. However, the applications for issuance of National Identity Cards for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) will continue to be received even after Jan. 31. The Consulate General of Pakistan will receive the applications for NICOP as usual from 8.30 a.m. to 12 noon and the cards will be delivered from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
