ABHA, 17 March 2004 — A wife caused her husband to lose SR200,000 in savings he had invested in a tailor’s shop, Al-Madinah Arabic newspaper reported. The paper said the wife believed if her husband became rich from the business he would marry another woman. She conspired with friends to ruin the shop’s reputation by spreading rumors that her husband installed hidden cameras in the shop, which the paper claimed succeeded in driving away customers.
