TEHRAN, 17 March 2004 — The Saudi-Iranian joint committee wants a Saudi-Iranian bank set up. In its meeting in Tehran on Monday the committee said this would help kickstart financial cooperation between the two countries. It also recommended Saudi and Iranian businessmen should set up a joint sea transport enterprise.
