3 Charged With Forgery

JEDDAH, 8 May 2004 — The Surveillance and Inspection Committee has handed three government employees over to a court on bribery and forgery charges. The accused allegedly allowed banned products into the Kingdom. The committee said it had evidence the employees accepted money to allow import of banned items. They forged documents in return for bribes.
