Khushiem Company, suppliers of industrial equipment, have just gone live in the areas of Finance and Distribution with an ERP solution from IFS Arabia. The implementation brings together Khushiem’s nine branches and 100 staff members across the Kingdom.
Following the Business Process Review conducted last summer, the implementation started during the first week of September with system mapping, setup, user training and a simulation workshop. In the final stage, data collection and data migration from the old system was done. In the next step, the company will implement Document Management and Payroll.
Once the Phase 1 implementation is complete, Khushiem will immediately move to Phase 2 of its implementation which covers Manufacturing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Balance Scorecard, Business Portals and an IFS retail solution for Khushiem’s branches across the region.
