DUBAI, 28 July 2004 — UAE-based media firm Concept Media yesterday announced the launch of RetailME, the region’s first business-to-business retail publication. A bi-monthly, RetailME is published by Concept Media in association with EMAP PLC, publishers of the UK’s premier retail magazines - Retail Week and Retail World. The magazine is the first of its kind in the Middle East to cater to the region’s retail sector.

The current aggressive pace of retail growth in the region demands a platform from which retailers can exchange information and opinions on the various opportunities and threats to the market. RetailME is poised to act as this platform providing a distinctly local and international perspective on retail development in the Middle East. With a purely retail, B2B focus, the magazine will deliver the most up-to-date news.

“The magazine’s extensive coverage of local and international news, combined with a broad spectrum of different retail views, ensures that RetailME will be an invaluable resource to retailers and suppliers to the retail trade throughout the region and beyond,” said Mark Faithfull, editor, RetailME.
