JEDDAH, 8 September 2004 — The Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers in the Western Region Saudi Arabia, in coordination with the PSME-WRSA Toastmasters Club, will hold a general membership assembly on Thursday at Jeddah's Usfan resort area.
The highlight of the affair is to give its members the opportunity to learn and realize the essence and importance of being a good leader and speaker, said Nilo Lucena, immediate past president of the PSME-WRSA Toastmasters Club.
