Effat College Offering SAT, TOEFL Tests

JEDDAH, 2 June 2005 — Effat College recently signed an agreement with Educational Testing Services (ETS) and the College Board in the United States to become an official test center for the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT).

The SAT assesses the abilities required for successful academic studies at the college level. Interested women simply pick up a Registration Bulletin at the college, with registration online or by mail.

For more information on SAT-related issues, visit the College Board website at http://www.collegeboard.com/splash. The SAT will be offered at Effat College on the following dates: Oct. 8; Dec. 3; Jan. 28, 2006; Jan. 28, 2006, May 3, 2006; and June 3, 2006.

The college already is an official test center for the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), widely used by colleges and universities worldwide to assess English language ability for college entry.
