Duty-Free Markets in Saudi Airports

RIYADH, 10 August 2005 — Civil Aviation Department is currently putting the final touches in project to establish duty-free markets in all Saudi international airports, Al-Watan newspaper reported. Saad Al-Tasaan, manager of King Khaled International Airport said that the project would open soon. He denied that certain private businesses will monopolize all the free markets in all international airports. Location will be allocated through a public bidding.
