DAMMAM, 8 September 2005 — Amiantit Company announced the floating of 7.7 million shares at SR55 per share (SR50 nominal price and SR5 issuing premium) to the shareholders registered by July 18, 2005. The IPO will begin Monday, Sept. 28.
