3rd Cell Phone Operator in 2007

JEDDAH, 14 September 2005 — The minister of communication and information technology, Muhammad Mulla, announced that 2007 will be the appropriate time for a third cell phone operator to enter the market, Al-Yaum newspaper reported. He said that a committee is currently studying the market before allowing the third company to enter.
