JEDDAH, 20 October 2005 — The Interior Ministry is currently studying the offers from five national companies that applied to compete to win the contract to build a prison in Jeddah province, Al-Eqtisadiah newspaper reported. The new prison will be located in Dahban area, 100 kilometers north of Jeddah, and will cost will reach over one billion riyals.
