Since the beginning of 2005, Altitude Software has been fueling strong business growth in the MENA region through the steady addition of new clients and the growth of existing ones.
“The GCC is one of the fastest-growing regions for Altitude,” said Riadh Boukhris, Altitude Software vice president Middle East, Africa and South Asia. “It is home to a large number of profitable, forward-thinking organizations, several of whom are already Altitude customers. IT spending has been steadily rising in the GCC over the last few years, and we expect that it will continue on this upward trajectory. This trend clearly signals a growing need for world-class customer interaction management solutions.”
Altitude Software has established a regional base in Dubai Internet City to serve the Middle East, Africa and South Asia regions. In the last year, this European company has specifically experienced increased demand for its contact center solutions in Saudi Arabia, UAE and Bahrain, with 28 percent growth for Altitude Software in those three markets.
Among the clients engaging in a new relationship with Altitude Software during the first half of 2005 were Perfect Presentation, CRM Middle East, Zafa, Frontliners, along with three leading Financial Institutions in the Middle East, a major telecommunications provider in the GCC and an internationally renowned fastfood chain in the Kingdom.
“These latest successes demonstrate continued positive momentum for Altitude Software in the region,” commented Boukhris. “Many of our new clients chose to work with us as a result of our continued commitment to providing, with our partners support, one of the highest levels of satisfaction in the contact center software industry.”
