MADINAH, 26 November 2005 — A bride’s happiest day turned into a nightmare when she lost her hair on her wedding night, Okaz newspaper reported. She went to the beauty salon to get her hair done. The hairdresser applied some highlights and asked her to wait for an hour before washing her hair. The bride lost track of time while chatting to some of her friends. After more than three hours had passed, she finally remembered that she had to wash the highlights out of her hair. But it was two hours too late and she ended up losing all her hair. The bride fainted on seeing the shorn pate and on gaining consciousness, canceled the wedding while refusing to carry the day by wearing a wig.
