Saudi Aramco Signs Pipelines Contracts

JEDDAH, 8 December 2005 — Saudi Aramco has recently signed 13 different contracts with Saudi manufacturing companies to supply the company with pipelines. The contracts would secure Aramco’s demand of pipelines by reserving the future production of the pipelines manufacturers during the entire periods of the contracts. Saudi Aramco aims at securing its demand of pipelines for its large projects to avoid shortage of supply due to the high global demand on pipelines.
