DUBAI, 8 November 2006 — Star Group Global (SGG), a major UAE-based real estate developer, has signed an exclusive agreement with Royal & SunAlliance (R&SA), one of the world’s leading insurance providers, for one year free home insurance in SGG’s residential projects currently under way. The projects to be insured by R&SA include the 17-storied Yacht Bay tower and the 34-floor Royal Oceanic, both located at the prestigious Dubai Marina. “This innovative agreement is the first of its kind in Dubai’s burgeoning property market. This indicates the increasing demand for personal insurance in the region.
